Summer Fun With Blue Diamond Almonds!

 It is Summertime and that means fishing, camping and lots of snacks on the run. I love Blue Diamond Almonds, I have been eating them as a snack and on my desserts for many years. 

I recently became a member of the Blue Diamond Tastemakers program and I got to try two new flavors:

Blue Diamond Toasted Coconut-flavored Oven Roasted Almonds and Blue Diamond Blueberry-flavored Oven Roasted Almonds 

  Since I was at home I tried the Toasted Coconut on my chocolate pudding. Yum! Just the right amount of coconut-flavor with the mix of the crunch of the almonds and creaminess of the chocolate pudding. This can easily be done on the run, too! Just take a pudding pack and toss on some Toasted Coconut Almonds.

I have my Blue Diamond Blueberry Almonds all ready to go with me to the lake. They will be a great snack and source of protein for long walks at the lake or while I wait for the fish to bite.  

 I have added the Blue Diamond Toasted Coconut-flavored Almonds to my  favorite Summertime snack list. I love the coconut, almond mix of flavors. I have eaten them straight from the can. I have to hide them in the cabinet, so I don't eat them all at once!

I really liked the expiration date on the dispenser. No guessing when to throw it out. I'm sure I will use it all before the expiration date, though. I will continue to use this serum!

It is a creamy conditioner that went on nicely and rinsed off without leaving my hair greasy. My hair was soft, shiny and tangle free after using it. I liked the way my hair looked and felt after using it and I will continue to use ADOVIA Mineral Balsam Conditioner.

Now for what I think of  Old Fashion Barbershop Shave Soap:

 I picked the Bay Rum scented shave soap in a jar to try. I Love the scent! It smells amazing! I can not say that enough! After I opened the tin I had to find a good way to get the soap out of the tin and on to my legs. I ended up using a disposable cotton facial cloth. I got the cloth wet, rubbed it on the shave soap and put it on my legs. I have to say that I was a little surprised at how easy my razor glided over my legs. Very impressed with it! This shave soap gave me the closest shave on my legs that I have ever had! I used my usual razor so I could compare from my usual shave gel and the Barbershop Shave Soap. My legs were so smooth and soft after using the shave soap even the next day after I shaved with it. That doesn't usually happen with my other shave gel. I was going to give this to my fiance' but, now after using it, I am keeping it for myself! I couldn't take a picture of me shaving in the shower so, I shaved a little before I showered and finished shaving with the shave soap as I normally do in the shower. The redness you see is NOT from the shave soap. That is from the neuromuscular disease, Charcot-Marie-Tooth, that I have.

I made a grilled cheese sandwich in the frying pan for my lunch. I thought it did a great job of evenly toasting the bread while it melted the cheese. There were no burnt spots or under toasted parts on the bread. I really like how my grilled cheese sandwich turned out. After I had cooked my sandwich I put a bit of cheese in the frying pan and let it cook. I wanted to see how easy or hard it would be to clean the pan with the cooked cheese on it. I let the pan cool while I ate my lunch. Then I took a dry paper towel and wiped the pan clean. The cheese wasn't stuck to the bottom of the pan! I was really surprised that the cheese wasn't stuck to the bottom, I know it would have been in my other non-stick frying pan. I was very happy with the clean up! I can't wait to try some burgers in this pan next!
